My new one will be more focused on cosplay rather than art. I might post some here and there, but not often.

So I started watching this oh-so awesome series called Macross Frontier, and let me tell you...I do NOT enjoy mecha, but this one has made a little place in my heart. Brilliant animation, briliiant music, and just overall a good anime. Ranka's captured my heart~ Look into it if you're an anime watcher or mecha fan. It's also still airing in Japan, so you gotta stream or torrent it. It's worth it though, and if you want the best quality, torrent it, seriously, cause it's so much better that way (I tried both ways).

Concerning anime in general, I completed 2 1/2 series in 3 days. Haha. Watched Darker Than Black in a day, Gurren Lagann in a day as well (boyfriend hadn't seen it yet, but ended up loving it), and Macross Frontier in 1/2 a day. I think that's a record for me. I fell asleep a few times while the mans was watching TTGL though. He thought the series was incredibly gay due to the brightly colored mechs, but once he watched it, he ended up adoring it, so look forward to a cosplay from us. XD If things go according to plan, we should have a TTGL and Darker Than Black cosplay done by AWA. We really wanna do a Macross Frontier cosplay too, but that might have to wait until MomoCon or AnimeSouth (depends on if we end up going).

On another note, the mans left today. He was supposed to live with me for about 6 months until we both moved back to Atlanta for my schooling, but some nonsense popped up, which made him have to go back. Saddening, but I'll see him soon, so I'm okay.

Next con is D*C, which we are debating cosplaying, but if we do, I'll make a post about it. I have a photoshoot with a friend for my new Naruko cosplay, so I shall post them when I get them. She's also FINALLY giving me the unedited files from my lolita photoshoot (webcam picture), so those will ALSO be up soon.

Hello all~ I hope I catch a few of you at MetroCon this year cause it would be awesome to meet some DA folk! I'll be parading around with my boyfriend (cosplays: Kakashi, Sanosuke, & Chaos), whom I've matched 2/3 of my cosplays with! This will be my first Metro, so please say hello. 8D

The most recent photos posted are of my updated Princess Princess (lolita) cosplay (lookit the wig~ There are bangs now!). The only sad part about wearing it is that I won't have a group like AWA last year. D: Both of my Puri Puri teammates won't be at the con with me... Sad times. I'll miss you two at the con! I'll take pictures for you~

But yes. 2 of 3 cosplays are done. I'm contemplating getting a new wig for Naruko, as the one I wore for Nashi and Momo was borrowed from , and wasn't meant for that cosplay. The wig I would be getting would have clip on pigtails attached to a base wig, making it look the best possible. It all depends on how much I make between now and July 16th (my birthday!), because I also have to buy another wig for Iris.

Me and my boyfriend will most likely be entering the costume contest as well! That is if I finish my cosplay by then. .____. It'll get done. I just need some money to go buy fabric with, lol. But other than sewing, I just have to make some armor for a few places and a prop and I'll be set. I have most of the things I'll need already~ 8D

But now I must draw out more references in order to make this process easier for me! I'll post them as soon as I can. So expect a few updates from me in the next month and a half~

Got tired of seeing my entry about Momo. So yes. Went to Nashi-con this past weekend. It was pretty good for a first-time con. I look forward to later years when it hopefully gets bigger! 8D

Only a week and a half until the con, and I still have to finish one more cosplay. v__v And I also love how I never am positive about my cosplays until about 3 weeks prior to a convention. Ahaha. Okay, so I've run it down to 3 cosplays, all of which I never intended on doing about 2 months ago. I've yet to figure out a schedule, but the three I have are:

ANBU Naruto (SnJ)
Shippuden Naruto (SnJ)
Simca (Air Gear)

I wanted to match with my mans cosplays, so I decide to do Naruto again. Plus, I wanted to cosplay Naruto at least one more time before I retired it, so now's my chance! And I also met him while I was cosplaying Naruto, so haha, I guess it's kinda cute. It's also our first con together. Omnom

So yes. Time to cut out more patterns and alter that vest one last time. I will try to make a post before I depart for the con. If not, expect one shortly after, along with pictures!
